Movement -- Stage 36 This video sequence shows the typical high activity level of a pre-hatching embryo. Initially, we see the embryo face on and upside-down (the beating heart is evident). It than rotates 180° so that we are now looking at its rear end (note the end of its tail on the left). After it has moved, the greenish organ positioned in the center of the embryo is the urinary bladder. |
