Continue to push the plunger to the second (2) stop.

Remove the tip and slowly release the plunger

Position tip so fluid will be deposited on the inside of the tube.

Fluid is released on to the inside of the tube

Spin the tube in a microfuge to pool the fluid in the bottom of the tube.
